West 26th street restraunt was dirty,food service was slow.When we got our food it was barely warm,i threw out our french frys and most my burger was in the wrapper like they hurried to get it done or dropped it..Stick to ice cream from the drive through if you don't want disappointed...
Order screwed up totally. Some workers don't listen to what people order at the drive thru.
Food good but dirty place. Trash on floor, crappy bathroom.

I was asked if I wanted a receipt with my order and never received one. I thought nothing of it until my account was overcharged by almost $60. The manager did refund the difference but did absolutely nothing to make it up to me. Terrible customer service.
The food preparation was so bad I didn't even try it. Burnt patty, smashed buns, condiments all of the burger inside and out. It looked like my 2 year old made it.
I went to the one on w 26 and its dirty as hell. Fans had inches of dust walls had old food on them the floor had about an inch of filth on them....never again. And the older woman at the counter was mean the guy making the food was unsanitary just ewww
The older lady on the counter was so fucking rude never coming here again.
$6.45 for a small hot fudge sundae and milkshake. Hot fudge sundae was the smallest I have ever seen! Not worth it.
