I have to be honest absolutely my favorite ice cream. I was very disappointed I was in the drive through yesterday and saw an accident in front of store. As I watched traffic turning around in the DQ parking lot. I witnessed the owners close the chain on the one drive and pull a truck in the other entrance. Blocking people from turning around. I seriously doubt that traffic turning around really hurt them. I have lived in Hilliard since I was little and frequent this store often. I am just sad this is not what being a good n... read more
Nice folks, but the hairpin serpentine drive through is not cool... Especially considering to get out you have to get through the cars coming in....
Terrible customer service. Will not go back. Not only was the employee incredibly rude but his manager was too �
Very poor DQ. Lacks menu items that are available at most other locations, such as cherry dip. Building needs updating, menu boards are difficult to read and need updating to reflect specials and new items. Never fully stocked with items seen on local television commercials such as the Valentine's heart cake. Don't bother visiting, find another local DQ to spend your money.
