Pretty disappointed to come to Dairy Queen and find out they aren’t participating in the blizzard deal advertised all over the Internet. You could at least post a sign and do everyone in Hilliard a favor by not wasting our time.
Doesn’t offer promos that are advertised by Dairy Queen even though they certainly get the business push from the advertising. No $0.99 blizzards here. Parking lot was full and long drive through line. I cancelled my order when they said they don’t offer the buy one get one for $0.99 and went to Graeter’s instead.
Went to get some ice cream around 9:10pm and they had already closed, even though hours are posted til 9:30pm. Looks like they don’t want our business, we will take it elsewhere.

I am really appalled that you would have something on an app, with your address, that clearly states you offer something only for me to wait in line and be told that, oops, it was incorrect. Yet, you haven't removed it? That's false advertisement friends.
It seems there speed of service has been lost,great food but 30 minutes every time in the drive thru is a bit much
I waited in line over 20 minutes for my blizzard only to be told an order I’ve made numerous times wouldn’t and couldn’t be made and “she asked her manager and he said no” ...when I asked to speak to the manager, he said he would fix my order and quickly handed me back a half-assed job. Not only was it still wrong but I left with a half melted blizzard. I ended up throwing it away and learned my lesson. From here on out I will be going to the Bethel road location. Terrible service and service recovery.
LOVE the new treat options! Fudge filled Cookie Sundae was deeeeelicious!!
Terrible...it has really gone downhill...small hot fudge sundaes...very small ..looks like the cups for puppies and very little hot fudge.. .used to he the best...now they are awful..very disappointed
