very slow today which is understandable seeing it's hot outside. I placed an order for a Large TWIST icecream in a Blizzard cup with Hard ButterScotch, Strawberries & Hot Fudge NOT blended. But after waiting and impatient people behind us I was given a Large Blizzard of Vanilla ice cream with Butterscotch & Strawberries and it was blended. This is the 4th time they have messed this up. And last time they messed up all 5 of our Large Sundaes & 1 Blizzard.
very slow I am certain a 90 year old moves faster than this place.

Very friendly kids working but ordered a medium sized cone and the ice cream was less than two inches high! My daughter was pretty disappointed.

I went today and waited 30mins in line only to get home and there was a roach sitting on top of all my food. not only that when I called and showed back up to the store the manager was very rude and didn't even offer an apology. In fact she made it seem like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. DQ is good just not this one!

Customers were so clueless to social distancing and wearing masks. No one was wearing masks on Tuesday evening around 8:30pm. This location needs to create boundaries in its seating areas to keep people 6 feet apart from each other.
