We went in after an appointment for a quick lunch. Husband went to the restroom which was very disgusting and dirty. My food when I received it was very cold (I had a burger). I had ordered 2 plain hamburger kids meals for my twins, they were not plain, they never even gave me an option on drink or side and when I asked them for their ice cream treat the cashier told me the kids meal has never come with an ice cream treat which I know is not true! This location is the worst for customer service, food quality and order accuracy. Its such a great location wish it were an arbys or sonic. I believe in spending my money in town but not when it means little value for service and quality. Corporate needs to take a look at this location if they care about their reputation. Mcdonalds has just as good oreo blizzards
We went in for Peanut Buster Parfaits. Only issue we had was that a lot of their prices don't appear to be on the menu board. Our cashier was new so a little slow but trying so hard, and other employees quick to help her. The parfaits, her first :-), were perfect and yummy...perfectly hit the spot!
Worst place I have ever been too. Horrible service, burnt burgers, and old stale fries. Just the way I wanted to start my weekend
Waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes is ridiculous.
The last several times we have been there it has not been good and our orders are always wrong. Today we, (3 people), ordered and there were mistakes on all three of our orders. Won't be going back.
This is the worst managed dq I have ever been to. They are always out of something or something is broken. They ran out of milk what the heck is that about.
