My sweet husband brought me a chocolate shake last night from this location, and there was HAIR wrapped up in the whipped cream and around the straw. I guess going from the dark truck he didn’t notice it, but it was disgustingly visible when brought in the house.
I just don’t get it!!! I worked in the customer service industry for ten years without a major complaint. How is it that companies can get away with having their employees be blatantly disrespectful to customers with zero consequences? I'm tired of going to this place and them always being out of stuff, like get someone to watch over these high schoolers, and for Christ sakes order all your shit so you don't run out every day
Worst service ever! I got home and all our sodas had no syrup. I had to drive back to get new ones. I get there and end up waiting for 20 min while they said they were trying to fix it. Finally one of the workers told the person in charge that i had been waiting a long time for my drinks. She said "oh yeah, i can't get it to work so you'll have to get something else". Thanks for wasting 1/2 hour of the very limited family time for nothing!
First time I've been to a burger restaurant that didn't have any ketchup! And their soda machine is mixing wrong you get more fizz water than soda!
I ordered chicken strips and they look like chicken nuggets. Also one week I took my dog in and he got a cone with ice cream in it. Week later had my other dog and he was never offered anything and when I asked they said they would have to charge me...poor bubba. Bad selective service. Shame on you
