Went to get blizzard only to have sign on door say they are closed due to heat. Really? You are an ice cream business? Correct. Obviously you really don't want to do business. Get out of the restaurant business, you are an embarrassment to the industry.
I can’t count how many times I’ve had poor customer service at my own hometown DQ, but it’s at least 1-2 times every year. The disrespect from many employees and even a manager were sad to experience. I wish their corporate office would step in and fix it. At what point does DQ HQ decide to care?
Get your children under control, DQ. They are out of control.
