My french fries and chicken strips were cold. I got a 6 piece strips and was not worth the money. It was like they were cut in half to make enough for the basket.
We had a simple two item order this evening and an entire item was left off my order... When we asked about the other item we only received a "deer in the headlights" look of confusion.
Got told to go to the South store because they, the north store, were out of ice cream. As an ice cream store, how do you run out of ice cream?!
Please fix your staffing issues at this location. If I could rate the customer service I would give it a 0. My food was not made correctly, the wait was horrendous, and the unfriendly "can I take your order" was less than friendly. I normally don't like to point out bad service, but this is my 3rd time here and the consistency is that of needing a major overhaul at this location. Owners/Managers get your stuff together before you put this place out of business. Sincerely, a lost customer
The last 2 times that I have went to your store it took 30 minutes or more to order and receive my order. Not sure why service is so slow but it would be wise if you looked into it. I saw customers walk away because they got tired of waiting! Not good for your business!!
Last 2 times I've ordered a choc chip cookie dough blizzard with EXTRA cookie dough, paid 89cents extra and I run out of cookie dough to eat after the first 5 bites! Rip off!!! Grrrr!
Back in June I wrote a review of the Dairy Queen here in Kearney. It was a bad experience all round! Tonight I went to the same DQ and had the best service ever! The blizzard was fresh and well mixed; the girl at the window was helpful and super friendly! I changed my review to a 5.
Should probably change your sign to indicate the $5 lunch offer goes from 11 to 3:58-especially considering I had sat in line at the drive thru for 5 minutes before having an opportunity to order...or maybe train your staff to try to meet your customers expectations instead of refusing to serve an item that is on your menu... not impressed
