My grandkids love to go to Dairy Queen we always have good food and service and of course ice cream
I wish I could give a better review or not have to give one at all but I feel a responsibility to tell people and management that something needs to change with this branch. Bad service. Please hire people that care where they work. And have some pride in their job. It makes a difference. Because right now you can tell no one cares.
I get tired of watching their staff change the trashcans or pickup stuff off the floor then go make food without washing their hands. Or the LONG drive threw lines
Took us almost 45 minutes to get 3 mini blizzards. The teenager staff was do unorganized and it took 30 minutes for a manager to come out and organizate everything going on. Next time I'll go to culvers.
Terrible customer service. Only brought out parts of my order at a time.
We went in yesterday for dinner, my wife had a special dietary order so I expected it to take a little longer. My main complaint was cleanliness, people would leave there tables, a lady would come by and pick up the numbers off the table and wipe around on the table with rag she was carrying, no cleaning spray. The booth next to me had grease on the table and was never wiped at all. Then when we went throw trash away the container behind the pop machine didn't even have a can in it.. Not sure if I will be going back or not.
Customer service sucks and take there time to take your older
We just went thru drive thru alittle after 11 and we waited which was fine because we figured it would be fresh but we get home and chicken strips are clearly old fries are cold and toast is burnt. :(
