GET A NEW OWNER! HE IS AWFUL!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EAT HERE!!! Went to pick up lunch. Asked while on the phone placing my order can I pay separate when I get there. Owner said yes. When I arrived the Owner Bill, I believe is his name. YELLED at me that I was confusing. His waitress even apologized for how he was talking to us. It was appalling. No breakfast at 11:30AM on a Sunday?!? Then the service was slow... disappointing!!!
The food was overpriced! Their website said breakfast was served until 1:30 on Sunday got there at 12:45. Was told “not serving breakfast”. So we ate lunch. We should have left. Over priced/disappointing food! We should have gone to the Fancy Biscuit better food at a better price.

Had a good time meeting the owner, Bill. He showed my kids how milkshakes are made. The club sandwich was large enough to split with my wife and the food was freshly prepared.
A Richmond tradition we’ve been enjoying for over 20 years! Love the staff and food.
Loved the food and finally tried the milkshakes I’ve heard about for the last couple of years. Next time trying strawberry and lemon ice cream mixed up.
