Friendly, family-run diner with the best milkshakes in Virginia. Great food, wonderful service, eclectic decor and a good home "go-to" for brunch. Love it!

The only place in RVA I know I can get a mint chocolate chip and pb milkshake! It's been so long since I've been, and I've been meaning to bring my baby girl to enjoy some amazing dessert! Now I've got another on the way and I'm just craaaaaaving those milkshakes! I'll be seeing y'all soon! NOMS
I'm at the Dairy Bar catching up, and all the memories are coming back as if summoned by the Ghost of Christmas Past. But in a much less menacing fashion.
