I've been with daily dove for two years. In the past two years no changes were made to improve the life of their caregivers. I have a little over 15 years experience and certifications. They do not offer training or a way to move up or get a raise. I came into the company with my own client. The reason I came to this company was because they said they offered 401k, in which it didn't start till the year after I started and they do not match your 401k.
