RecommendedI have been very satisfied since Day 1. The staff is very nice and helpful. They make us all feel welcomed and comfortable. They explain everything so me and my son are aware of the entire process and timeline. My sons especially loves the Dippin' Dots Ice Cream afterwards!
Dr. Dailey and team take care of both my smile and my daughter’s smile! The staff is professional, kind and I’m so impressed with the progress! (And the fact that our braces are affordable is an added plus!)
I absolutely LOVE this office! Everyone is so friendly, literally, EVERYONE. We have had nothing but positive experiences. I started my braces last summer and my daughter started hers today...we will be referring our friends and family for sure!

The staff is professional, friendly, and really do their best to try to help my son feel comfortable, knowing he is nervous about the orthodontic process. My son's favorite part is spinning the wheel after each appointment and choosing a prize. When Lukas first had his expander installed he didn't eat for days. When I called the office the staff was very helpful in giving advice on ways to soothe my son's anxiety, as well as empathetic to his feelings. I believe in shout outs where shout outs are due. My 7 year old son had his appliance put in earlier this week. He has a VERY sensitive gag reflex. I knew the appliance wasn't going to go well. However, Heather was amazing. She was so patient with him while he worked through his little episodes. She never rushed him. She encouraged him to take his time.
