I had the absolute worst experience! the staff members and techs are excellent, the orthodontist himself has the worst attitude and bedside manner. I was thoroughly concerned about the way that my tooth was turning. so I called and was instructed to come in. instead of the ortho educating me on the possibilities of what could happen in the process of aligning my teeth, he started yelling and blaming my tongue. the entire office heard what he was saying. blaming my tongue thrust and how it sits in my mouth.
