My family members have lived here for a few years and the office staff are very nice and get things done right. The manager is very nice and friendly towards the tenants great job.
Manager Francis was very flexible and she took the time to explain tenant information thoroughly. Her communication was 100% on point. She always answered her phone , sent texts back etc. That is something that stands out to me compared to other apartment I’ve lived in where the mangers don’t answer the phone or respond to you until after a day or two. Thank you Francis! Thank you Bridgeview!
