The eye exam was thorough and everything I'd expect from an excellent eye care place. I was told when I ordered 3 pair of glasses that it would be 7 to 10 days to get them. I got the first pair in around a week and they're well made and I have no complaints. I didn't get the second pair for 25 days and they were unaccpetably thick for 1.67 high index lenses. Always a great experience!
I had a great experience! Dr. Canfield was professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering glasses through them; the young lady who worked with me explained each option and charge thoroughly, detailing what insurance covered and what my out of pocket cost would be so I could make an informed decision. I'm guessing the office staff referred to in other reviews is no longer there, because I had no negative issues with anyone. I highly recommend Daiber Vision Care!
Customer service is great as well as the doctor. I don't have an insurance and i paid out of pocket and still very cheap. Be back there next week for my prescription glasses.
