Horrible customer service. When my glasses arrived from the lab, they called and I went to office and picked up. They basically handed me my glasses and sent me on my way. No offer to check if they were correct. There’s a law that requires ophthalmologists and optometrists to provide your prescription to you when requested via phone or electronic means. 16 CFR Part 456. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Daiber Vision. Dr. Daiber and her staff have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. I, highly, recommend.
DO NOT GO HERE. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had. First time I went I had a good experience. Next time I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and I was on time for my appointment, I had to cancel two meeting, as it takes two months to get an appointment. So my next appointment I was late 15 minutes and they refused to see me. So my time is not as valuable as theirs. Now I went in again had my exam and ordered new glasses. I was in the office today and I saw Dr. Canfield. She was awesome. She genuinely cares about you and more than just as a patient. She wants to make sure you are well taken care of and your eye health is extremely important to her. The office staff was great and professional as well. I had a wonderful experience and the gentleman that was helping me pick out my glasses was extremely helpful and courteous. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had hands down. I would recommend them to anyone!
They are excellent doctors and go above and beyond to get the prescriptions just right. I am so thankful for them!
I've been a patient for 9 years and had nothing but the best experience. Today i had a staff call me to verify my appointments for the following day. I asked her to hold while I checked my insurance and other finances for the appointment, when she told me she canceled both appointments. I never asked her to do this. Today, this office lost 2 patients and anyone else I may have recommend.
Couldn't ask for better was told by others I could never have contacts they made it happen and were very nice and down to earth made me feel like the customer comes first forsure
