Excellent dinner. Had the chicken hearts, winter vegetable salad, chicken liver mousse, and boudin-stuffed quail with the Mourvèdre and Anglianico by the glass.

Love this place. Using local ingredients when in season in creative ways. We always find something new to try.
Come to Austin just to go to this restaurant! You may never have meat this good, again! Seriously, it is worth the trip!
