Took my 12 year old for her first ear piercing today. Betty Ann was amazing with her. Totally relaxing energy, talking about every step and preparing my daughter about what she was doing. Pierced with a hollow tube needle and the earrings high quality with flat back. I wasn't prepared for the high quality($$) of the jewelry but I think it will be worth it. Great experience from start to finish! My daughter got her ears pierced and said it barely hurt. Everything was explained well and BettyAnn was funny and sweet w/her. I appreciated how careful they are about doing piercings the right way, especially sterilizing all the tools and earrings. Highly recommend!
