There are many aspects of this shop that I love. First of all, every person I have ever talked to was very knowledgeable about every piece of jewelry and every part of the process. The first step is feeling comfortable that someone knows what they are doing and they have it down. Secondly, they are super friendly. Third, they are overkill about sterile.
