Betty Ann is amazing! Very friendly and GREAT at what she does. I can’t recommend her and her shop enough!!
Betty Ann has been our family piercer for the last 16 years. She gave my grand baby her first set of earrings and now -16 years later, her first belly piercing. I have old ears.....with piercings of over 40 years. She was able to grant me new and beautifully placed piercings -along with gorgeous opals- to afford me to wear great ear ornaments again! Plus she is PRETTY!! (And her jewelry is beyond anything you will find!)
I told my daughter (now 6) that whenever she is ready I will take her to get her ears pierced. She told me she was ready five times last week so I took her to BettyAnn. My daughter was still quite nervous but BettyAnn was calm and gentle with her. It was a wonderful experience and my daughter is thrilled with her earrings and piercing.
I just got my upper ear cartilage pierced and she did a phenomenal job! She was welcoming and attentive. She answered all my questions. Showed me her beautiful jewelry options. I felt completely comfortable. Betty Ann is THE piercer to go to! Great for first-timers! Definitely going back when I get the courage to get another piercing!

I can't tell you how much I loved our experience here. We took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 5th birthday and I will continue to go back. She was quick to answer email questions and really cared about the safety and well being of my daughter's comfort. She would not have pierced her if she was not willing. The store was beautiful and comforting, and Both BetteyAnn and the other gentleman (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name, but he was so sweet with my girls) were absolutely amazing!
