Columbus Property management services company,manager refused to paint, stop the rats, the building has no insulation in the walls , then it turn into Molds
The manger in my opinion does not do her work good she was suppose to do things that housing wanted her to do twice the first dead line she said she was doing a Christmas party she do it when she get back to work so it set me back another 30 days to move in. the next one she was sick there should be some one taking manger place when she can’t work. so the cancel my package at housing for section 8. if I was any body else I would take my voucher else where in my opinion. Or my money my oppion
Scheduled a tour for 9am and when I showed up the office was closed. I waited over 30min and called to constantly getting their answering service. Wasted my time dealing with unprofessional, inadequate, and irresponsible people. This is a preview of how things will get done in this building.
