I just talked to the owner of Dagwoods about how their mechanic performed a repair on my car's security system (bypassing a chip in the key) WITHOUT first calling me and asking for authorization. The owner did not believe me, repeatedly saying "That never happens". Um HELLO, his very own WIFE who was working at the desk called me and told me exactly that the mechanic had performed the repairs without anyone calling me and getting permission TEN MINUTES BEFORE I PICKED UP THE CAR!
