We where up north for the holidays visiting family when antifreeze starting pouring out, Dagwoods got us in immediantly and had the promblem fixed within minutes.. They where very professional and kind.. I will be recommending them every chance i get.. Thank you again for being so great!!
After spending 660.00 fixing what they told me needed fixed after a inspection( water pump, shocks and stabilizer bar control link) I have someone pick it up for me and they say nothing. I get home and read the receipt and In fine print it states this car needs to be driven with caution, We advise the customer to replace car as soon as possible. I was stuck out of town when my car would hardly run . Krapols could not help me so they called Dagwoods to see if they could help me. It was late in the day and they still took time to take a look. After about an hour of troubleshooting they determined that I had purchase bad fuel. They were determined to find and repair my problem even if it took staying over for about an hour after closing. I love this shop! My family goes here every time we have an issue with our vehicle or for just an oil change! Very friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the vehicles! Prices are very fair as well!
