There are many real estate agents who can help you sell a house, but if you want to get the price you asked for Dagny is the only one who can help. She knows how the market works, she has plenty of connections, she is an awesome negotiator, and open houses are her thing. Better yet, she constantly kept us informed, and provided answers and solutions to all the questions and problems that we had.
When we decided to sell our home and buy a bigger one, we didn’t consider the fact that meanwhile we would have no place to live in. Dagny has really been our rescue. While she was taking care of the selling she also found a great place for us to rent until all the procedures were done. She is truly a wonder. Her abilities to negotiate got us a bigger price than we expected for our house, and thanks to her knowledge of the area we finally moved into a beautiful house with a spectacular view over the woods.
I believe that Dagny is an amazing person. From the first moment I met her and till the present day she has done nothing but good to me. One day when I was going to work my garage door got stuck and I couldn’t get my car out. I finally had to take the bus, but I also asked Dagny if she doesn’t know someone who could help me fix it. She has been very receptive and willing to give me a hand. She found someone very well-prepared who fixed my garage door, and did a great job.
Dagny is truly a wonder. Last summer I could not have survived the heat without her help. My air-conditioner system was not working at all and it made a terrible noise. With so many connections, Dagny found someone who fixed it in about an hour, and I could return to my comfortable life.
It takes skill to become a good realtor, but it takes kindness to make people see you as a friend. Well, Dagny has both and the help she has offered me is incredible. With my husband working in another town when something that needed the hands of a man happened, my only choice was to ask Dagny for advice. She is easy to talk to, and has a genuine interest in helping people. My house is perfect thanks to her, and my garden has the most beautiful flowers in the whole neighborhood, and has become my favorite place.
There wasn’t much storage space in the house I am living in, but Dagny’s terrific ideas helped me completely transform my house. She called me a carpenter who built several closets and a decorator who helped me arranged them so that my house still looks spacious. They did an amazing job, but my house wouldn’t have looked this great without having Dagny by my side.
There is nothing that I like more than efficient, talented people. Dagny Eason from Dagny’s Real Estate is a pleasure to have as a realtor. She has been the one who made it possible for me to turn my house into a home. She put me in contact with all the specialists I needed: plumbers, carpenters, painters, decorators, and for that I will always be grateful. Without her assistance and recommendations I would have still be looking for a home.
I cannot begin to describe how panicked I was when I saw bugs on my bathroom floor and in the kitchen. With my husband out of town and no one else I knew around I had no alternative than call Dagny and hope she takes my call. She did even more than that; she arranged for a fumigation to get rid of all the uninvited guests. I know her for a long while but I have to admit that even no she still manages to surprise and impress me somehow.
I really appreciate people who do their jobs properly, but Dagny’s dedication really impressed me. Not only she did her realtor job perfectly, but she also helped me improve my living conditions.
