We used them for catering (buffet style, with passed appetizers during cocktail hour) and bartending (beer & wine set-up package), and also rented several linens from them for our tables. About 3 months ago we went to Dagar's to have a food tasting and the service and food was AMAAAZZZZINNGG. Kathryn showed us around their facilities and they are complete rockstars. Their day to day operations take a village and they do their jobs so perfect and gracefully. Awesome job catering our daughter's wedding. I was so impressed when we first met Kathryn. We met her at Dagar's in Austin.( She is the third generation Dagar. ) She had a sampling setup. We did the tour of her catering company. She showed us the ins and outs of how they do business. We toured the kitchen and saw the staff making food from scratch.
