Very think-outside-the-box compassionate thinking. Very kind, understanding and personable as well as office environment and staff
I called and spoke with the receptionist this morning. I scheduled an appointment for my partner on 4/5 and myself on 4/8. We relocated here from Ga. One of my partners important medications ran out. I spoke with the receptionist on the phone that said the DR would not have a problem filling a maintenance med with medical records. Turns out that was not the case when my partner spoke with Dr. Daecher (office manager was out of the office). As a result the office manager canceled our apts!
