I used Cigna teledoc for what should have been a very simple appointment. I have chronic sinus infections. Four plus every year. This has been going on for 25 years. She would only prescribe me 5 days of antibiotics and wouldn't even consider the option of giving more. This was the same antibiotic that I get most of the time, and every other Dr has always given me 10 days. And sometimes that doesn't clear it all the way up. I’m not sure why this Dr has any bad reviews she’s nice and she cares from what I seen in my appointment on mdlive made me feel very comfortable and as if she really wants to help fix me and my problems. I say schedule her if you can she’s great. Thank you Dr.Daecher for making my anxiety of Dr appointments lessen and for letting me speak and hearing me.

I’m grateful that my insurance is no longer with this provider. I had my general check-up and blood work done. She focused the entire time on the fact that I had been diagnosed as Intersex and continued to make that the center of conversation and she had “never come across someone with such a rare condition before” which I exclaimed that happens when you meet multiple people that as a matter of statistical outcome you will come across someone with a rare condition. Unfortunately my health insurance changed and I had a very simple question regarding my previously diagnosed blood clotting issue. Thus I had to make an appt with a random new Dr from the Cigna portal, and chose this Dr based on appointment openings and being a woman. My virtual call lasted no longer than 3 minutes, and I ABSOLUTELY understand why she had a PLETHRA of openings. I too had the very real displeasure of being assigned Dr. Daecher from MDLive. What a horrible experience. She was very rude, condescending and spoke down to me like I was some child in trouble. Awful experience which did nothing to help the entire reason I called MDLive. She has no business dealing with people.

Had her on MDLIVE and her bedside manner towards me was just abysmal. She didn’t want to treat me but decided to do so begrudgingly. Had I known I was getting her as the doctor, I would’ve skipped the telehealth medicine appointment and gone in person to my regular doctor.

Dr. Daechar is and amazing doctor, she has made a huge positive on my life. She is smart and caring, looks for the best possible care plan to give help her patients live a happy, healthy, and productive life.

Recent visit to Dr. Daecher was easy to schedule & very stress-free. My handicaps were accomodated nicely. My problems were addressed in 45 minutes & I was feeling good about having made the appointment. If you have any communication problems, this Doctor provides a very understanding and comfortable environment for her patients. Overall I will be continuing with Dr. Daecher for the forseeable future-God Willing-4.8/5. PS: Great pitza & coffee shops nearby.

Dr Daecher is a great doctor. Very thorough and very cautious. She is straightforward and very honest which I really appreciate. Her office is very clean and is a very calming environment. Office staff are also very personable. Highly recommend her.
