If you're looking into purchasing a camper please for your own sanity do not go to Dad's camper outlet they are by far the worst in customer service.
It was a great experience as first time buyers! They over extended the welcome and gave a great deal on my new camper! I have had problems in which they have fixed without no complaint and in a timely manner! Norman was knowledgeable and helped with all aspects of the purchase!

Got a great deal on a camper, but terrible salesmanship, customer service and correspondence. Since my purchase, less than a month ago, I have called, emailed and texted several people from the office with zero replies. I purchased an RPod that should have camping with an awning rod and it did not. When I finally talked to someone in service/parts, she promised she would have the parts manager send me one. Still waiting. Already had to put the rv in the shop as well. Found new chalking, as if they had attempted to repair it ... read more

This place was amazing, amazing staff that were helpful and friendly. Top of the line place to buy a camper.
We had our camper for less than a year and had a leak issue. We took it for repair and there was poor communication and a rude service manager and general manager. We will never return to this place for purchase or repair... NEVER and will be sure to let everyone we know how we were treated and where not to go...
