Well, since they deleted my original comment, I'll just repost here. John Rivera is a fat, lying, corrupt, piece of shit. He apparently expects us to believe that these police officers are both deaf and blind, and that that is somehow okay. How does an idiot like him get put into his (probably extremely well-paying) position in the first place? People like him are literally bringing America to its knees.

Please hold your officers to a higher standard then this. People will have more trust in law enforcement when the people at the top call things as they are and refuse to put up with the reckless endangerment of citizens.

Really? The LEO who shot Charles Kinsey missed his intended target? When Kinsey was bleeding on the ground, did the LEO miss with the handcuffs too? I'll give you 1 star for spin.
