Collectively, police unions make up the largest organized crime syndicate in the USA. Rivera should resign.

Shame on you! Shame on you for being sworn to protect and serve, and you shoot an innocent man, and traumatize an autistic adult! He was not fearing for his life, he was fearful he would be shot by police, and rightfully so! If you can't hear someone move closer!! Is the policy can't hear so I'll shoot! Train your staff on autism, train your staff in mental health, train your staff to disarm nonviolently!! This man had a toy, a coping mechanism!! You shot one, handcuffed both. Shame on you!!

Nothing benevolent about an organization that aims to kill a man with an unloaded toy truck.

Do you really expect people to believe that officer was attempting to save anyone's life? That trigger happy poorly trained officer was quoted after being asked why he shot Mr Kinsley saying "I don't know". If that officer was intending on saving his life his answer to that question would not have been "I don't know". So you have a police officer who should be fired and tried for attempted murder but you are saying he was trying to save someone.... How can you possibly live with yourselves knowing you're defending a criminal... read more
