Can not support an illogical justification of a man complying with police demands and articulating the information needed being shot . To say that the police officer was attempting to shoot the mentally disabled, then handcuff and "unintentionally"harmed man is ridiculous and insulting and criminal. Do you really expect people to believe that officer was attempting to save anyone's life? That trigger happy poorly trained officer was quoted after being asked why he shot Mr Kinsley saying "I don't know". If that officer was intending on saving his life his answer to that question would not have been "I don't know". So you have a police officer who should be fired and tried for attempted murder but you are saying he was trying to save someone....
