I had used D&S Plumbing once, several years ago, and was impressed so I called them again a couple weeks ago when I had a leak in my front yard. OMG!!!! First of all, I had an appt for 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. They showed up at 8:30 after ME calling THEM 3 times. They worked for an hour and said they would be back after one appt the next morning. We called at 8:00 AM and were told someone would be at our home between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. At 3:45, we began to call to see what time they would arrive. We called a total of eight times between 3:45 and 4:30, with each call going to voice mail and leaving a message twice.
