AWFUL doesn't even begin to describe my situation with ********** Plumbing in ******, **.They (one of the sons - not ****** the owner) told me to submit my service problem with insurance because it was a fairly pricey situation (The plumbing alone was just under $2,500). I can not say how much I appreciate Cooper for his skilled work but his morals and how he has treated my elderly parents. I have to be on full alert these days because a lot of people can't wait for an opportunity to take advantage of seniors and I will never be concerned with Dad and Sons.
We have used Dad and Sons Plumbing in the past and today we were once again reminded of why they are our go to place when we need a plumber. Literally 1 1/2 hours ago I called to say our garbage disposal and sink was stopped up and ask if they might get someone out today. I was told between 3:00 and 6:00. I received a phone call within 30 min and Desmond said he was on the way. He was here maybe 20 minutes, took care of the problem and cleaned up after himself. Very very nice! 10/10 Cooper is a life saver! I was beyond impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. Very nice young man.
I called them around 4PM on a Saturday and was so happy that they could come out to handle my problem the same day. The guy that came out was excellent! I believe his name was Cooper. He demonstrated great customer service - told me everything he was doing, explained things to me, answered my questions, and fixed the problem. Plus he was just a really nice guy. I'm sold. I'll be using Dad and Sons Plumbing again the next time I have a problem.

Truly amazing service, I called Thursday at the end of day and they had someone out the next morning! Cooper was fantastic and so polite and helpful! I will not use any other service in the future.

I called Dad and Sons Plumbing out to install my gas dryer and ensure there was no gas leak at the connections. They showed up promptly and on time. The Owner Daniel was extrememly professional and very nice. They completed the job in no time and my dryer was up and running perfectly. Price was good and fair for services rendered.
