Gal forgot to turn on the light to cure my shellac polish before she put on the top coat. Once she noticed, she tested each nail to see if it was dry by smearing the polish. She fixed my nails but left the smeared polish all over my cuticles, finger tips and sides of my fingers. When I pointed it out she acted like she couldn’t see it. Last time I checked my skin wasn’t purple. I had to peel the shellac off of my skin. Worst manicure ever! I would have been better off spending $25 on gel polish and doing my own manicure. Went there for the first time yesterday & was treated so well. Had a pedicure and truly felt pampered. Did not feel like I was rushed. Will definitely go back!
