I wouldn't give his merchant a dime for a pencil from a tin cup! They are crooked and you should be warned to never deal with them, They sell Rolex for Rolex prices but Rolex does not recognise a watch with aftermarket parts installed! So if you want a knock off just buy one over the border and avoid the Da Vinci Middleman charge

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Da Vinci and I could not be happier with the experience. The staff is not only knowledgeable, they are very friendly and extremely helpful. This was my first, and hopefully only experience, purchasing an engagement ring and it is safe to say initially I was overwhelmed. The staff works with you to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for. They take extreme measures to ensure customer satisfaction. I will always visit Da Vinci for all of my jewelry needs.
Usually they are very helpful but today their was an older gentleman that refused to work on a Rolex I have because he didn't think the band was original. He was rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't even give me recommendations when asked for others that would. Unfortunately, he needs to just sit in the back and not help customers because I won't be coming back.
