new owners and they're amazing , theyre always very welcoming and make sure you get the service you deserve . I always get what I ask for and am always very pleased with my nails . Tony does such a great job .

Have had my pink and white nails done at the Da VI Nails in Utah. They were great. Moved back to Bakersfield and went to this one. They did a good job on the pink and whites, but when I decided to have them removed, I went through HELL! He didn't soak them off like your supposed to. He cut them then RIPPED them off with an other acrylic nail. I could feel layers of my nail being torn off. He then took and drill to them! I went in to get an upper lip wax and they took forever to get me in then they burned me with the wax so I have three burns on my upper lip wich they took the skin off with the wax the lady was extremely rough... I called to let them know wat they did to me and didn't even apologize. Bad experience over all. I'm never going back.
