Da-Les five star rating I just picked up vehicle 2009 Honda Accord from DA LES the workmanship looks great. One of my major concerns was that the color they used would not be an exact match to the color of my car but it matches perfectly. Customer Service, was excellent from the receptionst (Lisa) she is very helpful. Then having the estimator (Mike) taking his time explaining to me the process of the repairs. Farmers COD friendly Somebody hit and somehow scraped the trim underneath the back door of my Civic. It was a deep dent and not just a scratch. They got my car fixed and done in 2 days. (The other place I went to get an estimate told me it would take a week and a half to fix.) Everyone was so friendl at the body shop but, Manny was also my pointperson. Da-Les Auto Body & Frame is perfect! This place is GREAT! I have had two of my trucks sent to Da-Les, both times I have never had a problem and they did a great job setting me up with a rental car. The replairs were made quickly and the end result was like nothing ever happened. These guys know what they are doing.
