A place you can TRUST for automotive repairs – Da-Les Auto Body took great care of me. My friend scraped the side of her BMW just before turning the lease in. ouch. I found the place on City Search, called, Lisa (receptionist) told me to bring it in anytime no appointment necessary. Da Les is Fantastic !!! – What else can I say... Da Les Body Shop is Fantastic! They did a spectacular job repairing my car after I was hit, it looks better than new! I found them because they are a direct repairs shop for Farmers Insurance, so I didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket after Farmers client hit me (finding Kelly's almost makes up for having to deal with the disaster of any insurance company). Repairs on time and on Budget – Repairs were on time and on budget, and the car looks like new. They were very professional. They treated us like friends and that helps when you car is damaged, you need someone to be nice to make you feel that everything will be fine. Not planning to have car damage in the future, but if we do, we know exactly where to go to have it done right.
It doesn't get better than Da Les Body Shop! I called at 8:00 pm. about my bumper ( I had run over a curb and it needed a bolt to hold it down again) -- minor but important to me. They offered for us to come in the immediately that morning. Then, when we came in, they offered to fix it immediately in minutes! The craftsmanship was perfect, (they also gave us paint so we could patch up the scrape) and the price was incredible. It was free! On top of it all, they gave us a gift of truffles. The Staff present themselves with a smile "I just had these guys fix my wife's 2010 MDX that she backed into a pole. I was pleased with the overall job they performed. Their facilities are clean (for an auto body shop) and the waiting room was a comfortable place to relax while I waited for my ride. The staff presented themselves with a smile and seemed to handle everything in a timely basis. Not only was my vehicle ready on the promised date but it was detailed."
I Highly Recommend – Absolutely wonderful experience! Manny my estimator took care of me from the initial estimate, all the way to walking me through the insurance process. If you want a body shop that will stand up for you, this is the place. Clearly they know what they are doing and they care about making their customer's experience as smooth as possible. If you need your car repaired from an accident or just have a nasty ding in your door, stop in and let them give you an estimate. I highly recommend!
