Absolutely No Hazzel Free great experience My 2001 VW Passat Wagon was rear-ended and after doing my research, I went to Da-Les Body Shop in Sunnyvale. Not only did they provide a free estimate (damage to the bumper and lift gate), They worked with the other party's insurance adjuster to agree on costs. My estimator Manny called me to let me know when he would start work on my car and also let me know he thought it would take a week to get the repairs done. The ONLY SHOP TO GO TOO Da-Les is a gem. The service is out of this world and the repairs were perfect. Everyone there is so helpful in explaining the process. My first car I took there was a total loss and they helped me more then my insurance company on what would happen from the tear down to complete the estimate to final payment. This time they got to repair my car and it is PERFECT.Thanks for all your help
Geat job done I have never had a better experience at a car repair shop. The whole staff and excellent customer service. It can't get better than Da-Les Body Shop It can't get better than Da-Les Body Shop. I brought in my 08 BMW. They did a spot-PERFECT JOB. They noticed that the BMW body shop that repaired my car last had messed up, and FIXED THEIR JOB. They charged me LESS than the estimate, cleaned and polished my car, set me up with a cheap rental car, and finished early. FARMERS DIRECT REPAIR NETWORK ! I was referred by my insurance company Farmers !! And so happy i was. This place is AMAZING !! From the moment I called and spoke with the nice young lady on the phone, she was very sympathetic and help. She set up my vehicle to get towed to the shop and nothing came out of my pocket. Set up my Enterpise rental pick up. They came down to the body shop within minutes of my arrival. Excellent recommendation After having such a excellent repair experience at Da Les I want to write a five star review. I have Farmers insurnace and they are on there COD program.
