Today was my first day at D1 and I loved it. Our trainer Henry was on point and motivated every single one of us. He knows my limits even after the first day and pushed me to the top.
D1 has fantastic coaches who make working out fun and challenging! I especially love that they help me prevent injury by demonstrating proper technique. I like the many boot camp and strength class times during the day so that I can get to a work out that's convenient for me. I feel like, even though I'm in my 40"s, I'm the strongest and most fit I've ever been.
Excellent staff and facility. Probably most yoked staff on the northshore.
Motivating, personable staff with invigorating workouts with great attention to form and detail! Love it and this is from a person that avoids physical activity!😊
For once I actually look forward to working out! The D1 experience is unlike any I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so nice and really make you feel welcome and part of the “family”. Fun and challenging work outs and great coaches who are very motivating and patient! I’d give ten stars if i could!
The coaches here are second to none!!! Always bringing out the best in every athlete! Highly recommend!!!
Best gym in the area. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable.
