RecommendedIf you really want to see results, this is the place to be. I was working out on my own and plateaued in building muscle, increasing strength, and shedding fat. I do not think anything could have changed my body composition the way the D1 strength classes have. The trainers are amazing. I love that they are there to ensure that you are lifting with proper form. I have made some great friends there.

Amazing Gym
Really enjoyed training with D-1 after rehabbing my knee with Pinnacle Physical Therapy. Top notch place!
I started working out again consistently one year ago and while I loved my gym I was at, I had hit a plateau. So, I started trying out different fitness facilities around BCS and D1 was one of them. That was about 6 weeks ago but it only took a few workouts to get hooked. The entire staff is professional and friendly and the Strength and Bootcamp classes will push you past your limits and correct your technique at the same time.
