For once I actually look forward to working out! The D1 experience is unlike any I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so nice and really make you feel welcome and part of the “family”. Fun and challenging work outs and great coaches who are very motivating and patient! I’d give ten stars if i could!

Best gym in the area. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable.
I have never stuck with a gym more than a few months. Their staff, and their ability to keep you engaged, is amazing. I would recommend this gym to anyone I know, and I do.
