Consistently strong workouts with excellent instructors. Great way to start or end the day with some good old fashioned pain. It's all good.

5 star facility with exceptionally talented fitness professionals. They are motivating, encouraging, and a lot of fun. I would NEVER push myself to the limits I do when I train with Becky, Henry, Garrett, Tara or V. They want you to reach your goals and they give everything they have to get you there. Love, love, love my workouts at D1!

5 star facility with an all star team running the show! Really loved how they took the time to call me when I missed a few weeks of classes because of my work schedule to politely ask about my absence. I felt cared for and important in their eyes. I would recommend D1 to anyone.
