I have been a member for about a year and half and have nothing but amazing things to say about Henry and his staff. They have helped me get stronger than I have ever been. The workout environment is positive, upbeat, SAFE and challenging. I recently had my 2 and 4 year old boys birthday party at their facility and let me say that it was THE BEST PARTY EVER.
