Wow guys. 5 years of not being physical, I can say I die every day when I come in. It’s like a good die. I played hs lax but then broke my foot and spent what felt like an eternity in PT. I come in alive and well but leave dead. Always sore but I’ve made it a point to come in even if I’m late to work. The community that’s here is great and so welcoming. Not feeling helpless like in a “normal gym”. There’s structure and accountability here. I love it!!

If you really want to see results, this is the place to be. I was working out on my own and plateaued in building muscle, increasing strength, and shedding fat. I do not think anything could have changed my body composition the way the D1 strength classes have. The trainers are amazing. I love that they are there to ensure that you are lifting with proper form. I have made some great friends there.
