Prompt, polite and professional is how I would describe my experience with Dynamic Air Solutions. I have never used them before and in fact they were chosen for me by my warranty company. I was very happy with the results of their visit and would recommend them to anyone.
Arthur was extremely quick and professional! Explained things very thoroughly and fixed our problem very fast! Would be happy and comfortable to have him service us again in the future if needed!
Jeff, the technician, was very, very knowledgeable and did his best to complete the job as soon as possible. Explained everything with patience. He had to replace a smart valve in my system during rainy weather. He waited outside for a while for the rain to stop and told me he’ll come back at a later time; it stopped raining minutes after, and he came back and finished the job!
