Scamers beware! The water bill is unpaid and they tried to get my family to pay for their old bill including our own. They asked if we could put the water in our name but we were unable to do it because it's in someone else's name. Take heed . Also, you'll be responsible for repairs under $100.

These pics and videos tells ya everything ya need to know about these ppl !!! DONT RENT FROM THEM !!!! & my ceiling was leaking for about 8-9 months straight then go up on the rent after a year of $300 smh

Me and my sister paid application fee because we wanted to rent a property from Mr.Green… He told me it was available and everything.. He stayed in contact with me up until we paid our application fee.,. once we paid it he has stopped answering his phone.. I’ve called multiple times… Still No answer.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Even tried to get us to cash app our application fee

I wish I could give these slum lords 0 stars! they take advantage of people by trying to have them pay their pass due bills, illegal evictions, they do not upkeep their properties and they are just outright liars, I hope the courts catch up with their scams!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES!!! RUN!
