PSA: this is by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to in a long time. I walk in, needing a nail to be fixed. I had not been here before and asked first will they do it. The man who walked up to me brushed me off after I told him what I needed and proceeded to say she will help you. They laughed at the fact that I was getting a nail fixed because I guess there is no Asian way to say “fix nail”, and they probably thought it was a waste of time. I have been coming here for years and use Lang. I followed her here. They have a promotion that After 6 visits you get 20% off. Last time I was there they said I would get the discount on the next visit. Well I went today and when I went to pay I said oh I get 20% off today. I was informed that I got the discount last time. I informed him no I did not the old man said I would get it this time... well the guy argued with me and I said why would I lie about 20%. I have never received a discount.
Ken does my nails and I'm always satisfied with his work the staff is very nice aswell !
