I had a great experience at D'Sol. The selection is huge! The doctor went over my vision issues and explained in great detail how to correct them. I highly recommend D'Sol if you are in need of any vision assistance. They are very helpful in explaining the options available and most knowledgeable in insurance.
Dr. Hawker and his team are excellent! Dr. Hawker spent much more time with me than was expected. He took the time to educate me on everything pertaining to my issues and was more than pleasant. His wife also spent a good amount of time with me to find the write type of solution for me. The office is very nice and has a very bright and vibrant feel to it. This is just a great office with great people! I'd highly recommend them!
First time visitor for my annual eye exam. I was looking for a smaller less retail environment to shop for glasses. The doctor was great, but I will be going to another provider due to the sales team. 1. The frame selection was small and just okay. They have a similar if not identical selection to SVS vision and VisionFirst. My questions about bringing in my own frames were met with the unenthusiastic tone described below. 2. Dr Hawker and all the staff are so wonderful. We have three boys and they have been so patient with all of their needs. Definitely the best eyecare around. I would recommend 100%. They have a huge assortment of glasses to choose from. They are very accommodating for contacts. One of my sons scratched his eye, and we went right in, and he was seen and taken care of immediately. This was a huge relief for this mama. 😃 Our entire family has only good things to say about this place.
Before making the appointment I verified my insurance was accepted and asked about kids glasses. I was assured they had a large selection of kids frames and told my insurance was accepted. I took my kids out of school for the appointment and waited over 30 minutes just to be told they didn't know how to determine our coverage, looking at me like it was my problem to work out.
