Laura was very personable without being too personal. I did experience a little gum discomfort after the cleaning that I don't usually have. Dr Vanderveen was calm, kind, and effectively communicative about fixing my old filling with as little trauma to the tooth as possible.

We recently moved to Clarkston so we both needed a new Dentist. I was somewhat hesitant booking an appointment bcuz I’m particular when it comes to a good cleaning! Laura (Hygienist) was personable & very proficient! Met Dr. VanderVeen & immediately knew I made the right choice w/finding a Team to care for my mouth & teeth! Excellent Experience! I would highly recommend this Dental Practice to everyone!

This is coming from a person who really finds going to a dentist stressful. Everyone that works for Dr. VanderVeen, including himself, has managed to reduce my stress big time. I almost enjoy going to the dentist now. I have found everyone more than competent at what they do and I especially find Laura to be exceptional at her job. I believe she is a big reason in helping me with my dental problems along with Dr. VanderVeen.

I'm sure most people do not appreciate all the emails and texts, but I find them very helpful. I find the staff to be all very friendly and helpful. That is why i keep coming back!!!

I absolutely love it here. I’m not a fan of the dentist because of my nerves but I’m always comforted, at ease, and treated with the most dignity and respect. My children love it here. The receptionist are amazing, very on top of all communication and follow up. The Hygienist are so kind gentle and puts me at ease.
