They didn’t do a proper job on my wife’s mole. They were rude about her concerns after her operation and the women she talked to in the phone was very rude when my wife was telling her the operation didn’t work. After she left a review they replied to her review that they would give her a call to fix it because “they take pride in helping their customers” but she never got a call. It was only to make people feel better when they read the bad review like they care. Don’t go here. They don’t care
Rude nurse when needing assistance with concerns from a procedure done
dont go here, very unhelpful front desk agent. they did my procedure incorrectly and when I would call up they would never call back or get back in touch for 2 months. When I finally got to talk to someone the women was very rude about my concerns i had about my procedure and the women who talked to me was very rude. Ive worked in customer service also and would never talk to someone like that.
The dr keremplis is very touchy and it’s very inappropriate. He also told me I could get my mole removed and now that I got a laser procedure done and it didn’t do what they told me it was going to do I need another procedure. They told me that of course I will need another procedure when they told me my mole would be removed after the laser procedure.
